To complete registration for any AAAHA program, the following must be submitted to the AAAHA office:

• Completed AAAHA registration form, signed by player
• FALL: $200 registration fee prior to 8/15. $250 registration fee after 8/15.
• SPRING: Registration fee is the season fee
• USA Hockey registration confirmation, with barcode.

As required by USA Hockey, to be placed on a team, or participate in ANY program activities, the following forms must be completed and on file with AAAHA:

• Participant Code of Conduct signed by player
• Parent Code of Conduct signed by BOTH parents/guardians
• USA Hockey Consent to Treat and Medical History Please be sure the insurance policy number is included.
• Copy of player birth certificate.

Payments may be made in cash, check or money order.  Payments may be dropped off at the AAAHA office at the Cube or mailed to:

A $25 FEE WILL BE ASSESSED TO ALL LATE PAYMENTS OF 5 DAYS OR MORE.  PLAYERS MORE THAN 5 DAYS LATE WITH PAYMENT WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO SKATE, AND TEAMS THAT PLAY WITH SUSPENDED PLAYERS WILL FORFEIT GAMES. 

A $25 FEE WILL BE ASSESSED FOR CHECKS RETURNED NSF.

Registration deposits are non-refundable unless a player is not offered a roster spot on any AAAHA team.

In general, it is the default policy of AAAHA to place individual registrants on teams in the apropriate age division dictated by birth year. Requests to move-up players to an older House division are exceptions to this policy, should be made in writing, and submited to the House Director and ACE Director to be considered. It is the policy of AAAHA to have all players first participate in evaluations within their natural age group. The evaluation panel will be instructed to identify any players whose skill level is such that a play-up request, if previously tendered, would qualify for futher evaluation. This list will then be paired against any written requests submitted for consideration. Such candidates will then be evaluated along with players in the older age division. If the player in question clearly evaluates in the upper 50% of the older age division and does not displace an otherwise age qualified player, move up requests may be approved after review by the House Director and ACE Director on a case by case basis. Decisions of the House Director/ACE Director are final and may not be appealed.
