Team/Program Cancellation - AAAHA reserves the right to cancel any team or program if there is insufficient enrollment/interest or talent in the estimation of the Association to field the team/program.
Fall Rostering packages for Travel Teams should be turned in by August 15 (rosters effective September 1st).
For Spring, Rostering for Travel and House Teams starts April 1st. Further information will be provided at respective tryouts/evaluations.
Fees - Fees are the responsibility of players and parents. Invoices will not be sent. Players whose fees are not received within 5 days of due date will be suspended until their fees are current. Names of suspended players will be posted on the AAAHA bulletin board at the Ann Arbor Ice Cube. Teams who allow suspended players to participate will forfeit games. The full policy statement is posted on AAAHA's bulletin board. A $25 fee is charged for NSF checks. Player's fees may be offset by participation in AAAHA's Annual Holiday Fund-raiser. More information will be provided about this in October.
Refunds - Fees are non-refundable except for those players not placed due to lack of space in AAAHA programs. Deductions will be made for any ice time used. Players who withdraw during the season are responsible for all fees due prior to their withdrawal. (See Fee and Payment Schedule)
Scholarships - Limited funds are available. For those who qualify, scholarships may be awarded for some portion of House or Instructional fees. Contact Shirley Anderson (734) 769-1330 for an application form.
Volunteers - Parent volunteers are needed throughout the season for travel tryouts, house evaluations, the Mini-Mite organizational meeting, roster weekend, the annual fundraiser and Hockey Weekend to name a few. If you can help, contact Shirley Anderson indicating your interests and availability.
