Hockey Weekend is just around the corner.  Your help is needed to ensure a funfilled experience for all the kids.  An organizational meeting will be held in February (date TBD). 

Sign up for any of these activities by emailing your Division Coordinator or Erik Penhollow, Susan Gilligan or Karen Coulter

• Solicit Food donations for salads, sides, etc
  
• Coordinate receiving food donations; obtain grill for weekend
• Grillers --

• Food servers (handlers, cake cutters, etc.)

• Set up and take down each day (4 people each shift)

• Assist ice scheduler in scheduling HW tournament games
• Print brackets and update with results throughout HW tournaments

• Have perpetual awards updated with names of recipients  -- Susan Gilligan
  
• Assist with loudspeaker presentation of AAAHA perpetual awards
• Contact families of memorial trophies to make presentations
• Photographer at each award presentation

Tournament Trophies, Medals, and Game Introductions:

• Order tournament trophies and medals
• Announcers for at Championship games: introductions, anthems, medals/trophy presentations
• Photographer at each Championship game

Door prizes:

This is the biggest part of Hockey Weekend. The kids love it. We typically have at least 300-400 items, large and small, and we need your help to make this happen.

• Solicit and collect donations of door prizes; provide donor info to AAAHA office --> Contact Susan Gilligan, Shirley Anderson or Karen Coulter for AAAHA letter to request donations.
